This company must have all of their Trainers on the phone major in Communications. Tiffany Roberts went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and gave me really solid advice on how to become better over the phones and become more comfortable within myself. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a boost with communicating either in their workplace or in general.

CMS has been very helpful. I work at a dealership and every week I look forward to doing my phone training just because it helps me feel more confident on the phone with the customers. All the staff are amazing and very helpful as far as they critique you throughout the training by giving you advice on how you did plus what you can improve on. If you are new and work at a dealership like I do or evening have to take call or make them. This training is a game changer and is very beneficial.

I have definitely seen an improvement of my skill set on the phones. This training has allowed me to stay in control when speaking with a customer and I have definitely set more appointments due to this. I've worked with Janie and she does an excellent job!

Although they're training you to use a script, the operators really know how to tailor the training to fit your business needs and give substantial feedback that is not only effective, but also give good reasoning of why it works.

As someone who has a degree in Communication Studies, it's easy to see how effective the methods you learn in the training can be effective in controlling the conversation on the phone to make good use of both your time and the customer's time in getting to the point of interest and possibly closing a sale.

I have been doing the phone training for a short time and the trainers are awesome, they explain what we will be going over and let you know what they think you need to practice on. The training is a lot of what my BDC Manager has trained me on, just the wording is a little different. I have applied the training that I am receiving to incoming calls and follow up's with other customers and I feel that it is well worth it. It is so good to know that I work for a company that wants to invest in myself to make be a better part of the team.

I love training with CMS! It helps so much with staying on track when scheduling appointments and guiding you in the right direction to success! I am not sure if I am necessarily supposed to have a favorite trainer, but I love working with Kara Heneghan. She is always laid back and it definitely helps with making me feel comfortable.

The staff is polite and courteous of a salesperson's time, and very professional in their technique. I have learned over my weeks of training that it is never too late to from others how to be more effective in communicating with customers. Based on the training I have had in just the last 5 weeks, I am seeing a huge improvement in my appointment setting. Being new to BDC sales, this training is extremely helpful. Coral has a very patient and calming personality and explains the various parts of the script and why it works. I've been in the phone training program for a few months now and I feel like I'm a lot more confident on the phone now and my numbers prove that. They are extremely helpful at coaching you through different calls and scenarios! Jessie is super pleasant on the phone coaching me and I always look forward to having her as a coach.

Starting out, I honestly thought I knew all there was to know about something as easy as answering the phone. After a couple sessions with Jamie, I realized I had A LOT to learn. With short sessions that really key in on specific points and with her AMAZING guidance, I don't dread learning new styles of appointment setting, gaining and keeping control of conversations and all around getting the correct information from every customer. She also asks if I have any questions or if I've ran into any specific situations that I didn't have an answer for. Really takes the time to get to know you and has helped my appointment setting rate over 50%. Thanks again Jamie, I really do appreciate it!

Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.

I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!

Using this company as a training method for making sales calls has helped considerably. Some of the trainers give very honest feedback, but some almost seem like they’re afraid to offend when I call in, but it is reflected in the scores they give instead. Overall a very positive experience. I was skeptical at first but phone calls have become was easier since I started using the scripts.
