I've learn so much on how to handle incoming and outgoing calls base on the relation of the each call. I apply the skills I've learn from the trainers on every call I make to customers or potential customers and it has helped me to gain full control of the call and make the appointment. At the beginning, I felt like I had known enough from previous phone training I had been given over the last few years of my career. Turns out I was wrong, and definitely have picked up some very useful knowledge after my 6th week doing this training. All of the staff is very fun to work with, especially Kara! She made the weekly training more fun, and even threw in some personal pointers of her own to help me even further. Keep an open mind, and give them a shot! It's worth it!

I'm still new to sales, so I wasn't too confident in my phone skills before this training. Even though we've had only about 7 sessions or so, It's already helped me tremendously with my confidence and getting people in for appointments! They make it easy and aren't judgey at all! Defiantly recommend !

This company must have all of their Trainers on the phone major in Communications. Tiffany Roberts went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and gave me really solid advice on how to become better over the phones and become more comfortable within myself. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a boost with communicating either in their workplace or in general.

I have been in sales for 3 years and the training from customer management systems is a great tool I use every day, to improve my sales and over all phone skills. Keeps me focused on the true goal of every phone call. The weekly review meetings are a great way to help me to stay sharp and to hold my self accountable.

I love training with CMS! It helps so much with staying on track when scheduling appointments and guiding you in the right direction to success! I am not sure if I am necessarily supposed to have a favorite trainer, but I love working with Kara Heneghan. She is always laid back and it definitely helps with making me feel comfortable.

Rachel Chambers helped me today with my 6th phone training session and I could not be happier. First of all, Everyone I've talked to has been super nice walking me through the training's and helping me work on my phone growth.

I click to schedule my training session. I grab a cup of coffee and they call and here we go! Everyone has been great to work with. I just finished a training session with Layney and she handles things very professional and serious but fun and learn all at the same time. I have worked with Kim, Sarah, Michelle, LeAnn, etc. They have all been a joy and relaxing to work with. Great teachers, instructors, pleasant, and yes even fun! Extremely professional & attentive staff. They go above and beyond to get your training done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They always tell you what was done RIGHT & what areas you need to work on versus just bombarding you with information. CMS has been very helpful. I work at a dealership and every week I look forward to doing my phone training just because it helps me feel more confident on the phone with the customers. All the staff are amazing and very helpful as far as they critique you throughout the training by giving you advice on how you did plus what you can improve on. If you are new and work at a dealership like I do or evening have to take call or make them. This training is a game changer and is very beneficial.

As with all training systems people gather different bits of knowledge and wisdom from them. I started in car sales 6 months ago from the time this review was written. What this training has done for me (I am on week 13) is increase my confidence overall on the phone. It has helped my transitions from information gathering to appointment setting and objection handling better. The ladies are always kind and fun to work with. I have sat and laughed for 5 minutes during one of the calls and it has been a joy to work with CMS!

CMS is the best dealership phone training institute! All of there phone trainers are excellent, professional, and have awesome energy. I highly recommend Taylor Dean and Kallista Head they both are encouraging and personable. They make phone training enjoyable. CMS will be sure to help you better lead conversations with customers and gain confidence over the phone.

I've been in the phone training program for a few months now and I feel like I'm a lot more confident on the phone now and my numbers prove that. They are extremely helpful at coaching you through different calls and scenarios! Jessie is super pleasant on the phone coaching me and I always look forward to having her as a coach.

Being new to BDC sales, this training is extremely helpful. Coral has a very patient and calming personality and explains the various parts of the script and why it works. I tend to go off script at times and Coral gently pulls me back to the script. I'm looking forward to future training calls. This is definitely working! Thank you so much!

Being able to handle sales calls without hesitation is very important in my line of work. The training calls and mock sales calls they do are really starting to improve my sales game, and I have only been training for a couple months at a phone call a week. There phone training is the absolute best. They take their time to make sure you understand why you are using the necessary steps.
