This training was super helpful. Definitely increased my confidence both over the phone and in person. Everyone was super duper helpful and provided me with tips and advice on how to get better. I trained with Kalista and Taylor several times and each time was extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone considering it.

This training is very detailed and moves at a great pace to learn quickly without it becoming overwhelming. I have scheduled more than double the appointments that I used to. Also, Jamie Tilton is an amazing trainer that will guide you to success and increase your appointment setting fast!

Great training! It has helped us set better appointments and more appointments. They are also very friendly every week when we call and do our phone training.

I have been doing the phone training for a short time and the trainers are awesome, they explain what we will be going over and let you know what they think you need to practice on. The training is a lot of what my BDC Manager has trained me on, just the wording is a little different. I have applied the training that I am receiving to incoming calls and follow up's with other customers and I feel that it is well worth it. It is so good to know that I work for a company that wants to invest in myself to make be a better part of the team.

This is an awesome training course. Using the techniques they teach in real life definitely work. I sound more professional and in control of the phone conversation, and you can easily transition into making the appointment!

I've been in sales for a little less than 5 years. From selling health products door to door, to selling insurance and retirement investments, to now..... selling cars. I've gone through many scripts, but I'll have to say these scripts are much simpler and effective than any other I've been accustomed to.
