By far the best phone training system I have ever worked with. I often work with Sarah and Kara and they have never been anything other than wonderful to work with. Very professional and helpful.

The staff is polite and courteous of a salesperson's time, and very professional in their technique. I have learned over my weeks of training that it is never too late to from others how to be more effective in communicating with customers. Customer Management Systems has certainly helped me in this regard. I would heartily recommend them.

I have never had a Dealership Job in Sales so when I started, I did not know how to get the customers in the dealership, this training has helped me in many ways! The training is a useful tool for anyone in a customer service role. The biggest thing you’ll learn and be able to apply is word choice. Being able to correctly navigate conversations and objections with correct word choice is a big asset. The team does an excellent job training!

I've been in sales for a little less than 5 years. From selling health products door to door, to selling insurance and retirement investments, to now..... selling cars. I've gone through many scripts, but I'll have to say these scripts are much simpler and effective than any other I've been accustomed to. As far as their company goes, CMS, it's been a pleasure to have been trained by them. Their communication and understand is on point and punctual. Their employees, Sarah and Jessie (Sorry if I misspelled the names), are nothing short of fantastic. Always calm, patient, understanding, and professional. They're always checking in multiple times during the week to remind our sales team to get our phone training done. It's never a bother, but rather a pleasure since we're always so busy, the reminder helps a lot. Nothing but good things to say. Would recommend!

We have been using this program for 13 weeks now and it has made a world of difference! It not only helps with your phone word track but your in person word track also. Being able to handle sales calls without hesitation is very important in my line of work. The training calls and mock sales calls they do are really starting to improve my sales game, and I have only been training for a couple months at a phone call a week. Although they're training you to use a script, the operators really know how to tailor the training to fit your business needs and give substantial feedback that is not only effective, but also give good reasoning of why it works.

As someone who has a degree in Communication Studies, it's easy to see how effective the methods you learn in the training can be effective in controlling the conversation on the phone to make good use of both your time and the customer's time in getting to the point of interest and possibly closing a sale.

Awesome trainers. We use this company for phone training selling Harleys and they have helped all of us out with being more fluent on the phones. They are super helpful and awesome to work with. Highly recommend them.

At the beginning, I felt like I had known enough from previous phone training I had been given over the last few years of my career. Turns out I was wrong, and definitely have picked up some very useful knowledge after my 6th week doing this training. All of the staff is very fun to work with, especially Kara! She made the weekly training more fun, and even threw in some personal pointers of her own to help me even further. Keep an open mind, and give them a shot! It's worth it!

CMS has been very helpful. I work at a dealership and every week I look forward to doing my phone training just because it helps me feel more confident on the phone with the customers. All the staff are amazing and very helpful as far as they critique you throughout the training by giving you advice on how you did plus what you can improve on. If you are new and work at a dealership like I do or evening have to take call or make them. This training is a game changer and is very beneficial.

It’s a great environment, I worked there for 3-4 years and I really enjoyed the experience. The office environment is really welcoming, I hear how people prefer this job than any other competitor due to the friendliness of every employee. Pettiness and gossip is never tolerated making it a safe environment ✨ Like I said no tolerance for anything else than professional adults! the management really cares about employees at this establishment, its like nothing ever seen.

The trainers are great. I have definitely improved my salesmanship due to the training I have received. Also, one trainer specifically, Layney is top notch. She has helped me with additional questions on how to handle low inventory problems that have surfaced as part of the pandemic/ microchip shortage and was able to help guide me along with certain aspects of the training that I had a tough time relating to. I still have a lot more to learn but I have a lot more lessons to go from CMS.

This is an awesome training course. Using the techniques they teach in real life definitely work. I sound more professional and in control of the phone conversation, and you can easily transition into making the appointment!

Starting out, I honestly thought I knew all there was to know about something as easy as answering the phone. After a couple sessions with Jamie, I realized I had A LOT to learn. With short sessions that really key in on specific points and with her AMAZING guidance, I don't dread learning new styles of appointment setting, gaining and keeping control of conversations and all around getting the correct information from every customer. She also asks if I have any questions or if I've ran into any specific situations that I didn't have an answer for. I have had many different trainings over 20 years in the car business some have been very helpful some have only regurgitated old techniques and information. I have found CMS techniques to be extremely helpful. I am setting more appointments and more are actually showing. This program is excellent.
