CMS is an excellent option for dealership phone training. Their trainers offer relevant, bite-sized training sessions that will absolutely make your sales staff more effective when dealing with customers on the phone. Their approach is extremely effective and their trainers are top notch. I have worked with Jaime for several weeks and can not speak highly enough of her sessions, really good stuff!

The staff is polite and courteous of a salesperson's time, and very professional in their technique. I have learned over my weeks of training that it is never too late to from others how to be more effective in communicating with customers. Customer Management Systems has certainly helped me in this regard. I would heartily recommend them.

I am having a wonderful experience with CMS training! I have had great experience with my trainer Coral the past two weeks. I was super nervous at first, but then after the first couple tries I can really notice a difference, and now it's a breeze. Highly recommend this phone training!

When my manager decided to go with them for training I was really worried and not looking forward to it, but I've really enjoyed every training exercise I've had. I can tell it's making me a better salesman- I know what to say to objections. It doesn't feel like training- they make it fun and pleasant. CMS has been very helpful. I work at a dealership and every week I look forward to doing my phone training just because it helps me feel more confident on the phone with the customers. All the staff are amazing and very helpful as far as they critique you throughout the training by giving you advice on how you did plus what you can improve on. If you are new and work at a dealership like I do or evening have to take call or make them. This training is a game changer and is very beneficial.

As with all training systems people gather different bits of knowledge and wisdom from them. I started in car sales 6 months ago from the time this review was written. What this training has done for me (I am on week 13) is increase my confidence overall on the phone. It has helped my transitions from information gathering to appointment setting and objection handling better. The ladies are always kind and fun to work with. I have sat and laughed for 5 minutes during one of the calls and it has been a joy to work with CMS!

CMS is the best dealership phone training institute! All of there phone trainers are excellent, professional, and have awesome energy. I highly recommend Taylor Dean and Kallista Head they both are encouraging and personable. They make phone training enjoyable. Bobbie Forrest my Phone Training Specialist is super detailed, very patient and thorough. All staff members I have worked with are very professional and work to ensure you are comfortable in maintaining control over the phone. The training may seem a little tedious as it is repetitive, but it really works! Developing a plan/approach on the phones is very important!

Although they're training you to use a script, the operators really know how to tailor the training to fit your business needs and give substantial feedback that is not only effective, but also give good reasoning of why it works.
As someone who has a degree in Communication Studies, it's easy to see how effective the methods you learn in the training can be effective in controlling the conversation on the phone to make good use of both your time and the customer's time in getting to the point of interest and possibly closing a sale.

The training is a useful tool for anyone in a customer service role. The biggest thing you’ll learn and be able to apply is word choice. Being able to correctly navigate conversations and objections with correct word choice is a big asset. The team does an excellent job training!

Starting out, I honestly thought I knew all there was to know about something as easy as answering the phone. After a couple sessions with Jamie, I realized I had A LOT to learn. With short sessions that really key in on specific points and with her AMAZING guidance, I don't dread learning new styles of appointment setting, gaining and keeping control of conversations and all around getting the correct information from every customer. She also asks if I have any questions or if I've ran into any specific situations that I didn't have an answer for. Really takes the time to get to know you and has helped my appointment setting rate over 50%. Thanks again Jamie, I really do appreciate it!

I've been in sales for a little less than 5 years. From selling health products door to door, to selling insurance and retirement investments, to now..... selling cars. I've gone through many scripts, but I'll have to say these scripts are much simpler and effective than any other I've been accustomed to. As far as their company goes, CMS, it's been a pleasure to have been trained by them. Their communication and understand is on point and punctual. Their employees, Sarah and Jessie (Sorry if I misspelled the names), are nothing short of fantastic. Always calm, patient, understanding, and professional. They're always checking in multiple times during the week to remind our sales team to get our phone training done. It's never a bother, but rather a pleasure since we're always so busy, the reminder helps a lot. Nothing but good things to say. Would recommend!

This company must have all of their Trainers on the phone major in Communications. Tiffany Roberts went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and gave me really solid advice on how to become better over the phones and become more comfortable within myself. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a boost with communicating either in their workplace or in general.

I have recently gotten into a sales job with zero experience. This training with CMS has been amazing. The staff is very professional, and has great feedback. They are very on top of it, by giving you follow up and courtesy calls to remind you to get your training done.
