Tiffany Roberts went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and gave me really solid advice on how to become better over the phones and become more comfortable within myself. I was a bit apprehensive about phone training due to the fact that I've been in customer service/retail/management for my entire working life. However, I am new to my job and line of work but still prefer to be human and have natural interactions with customers. After a couple months of doing this training I noticed that my conversations with customers were going a lot more smooth. I found that it didn't matter if I didn't have every answer because I defaulted to the script provided. I even got to be myself and put my own heart into the calls. I am very happy with this training!

Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.

I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!

Being able to handle sales calls without hesitation is very important in my line of work. The training calls and mock sales calls they do are really starting to improve my sales game, and I have only been training for a couple months at a phone call a week.
