The dealership I work for uses CMS as a phone training vendor and the experience has been absolutely wonderful, all of the trainers are very kind and helpful and all of the feed back is great and has definitely helped me improve in my day to day work interactions.

It’s a great environment, I worked there for 3-4 years and I really enjoyed the experience. The office environment is really welcoming, I hear how people prefer this job than any other competitor due to the friendliness of every employee. Pettiness and gossip is never tolerated making it a safe environment ✨ Like I said no tolerance for anything else than professional adults! the management really cares about employees at this establishment, its like nothing ever seen.

We have been using this program for 13 weeks now and it has made a world of difference! It not only helps with your phone word track but your in person word track also. It is a great tool to use and I think everyone should use this to improve! I would give 10 stars but it only let me give 5!! Great job guys! I appreciate all the help!!

The phone training is actually much better than what I thought it was gonna be. They make it very easy and simple to understand, And I find it easy to integrate into my everyday sales conversations.

Although they're training you to use a script, the operators really know how to tailor the training to fit your business needs and give substantial feedback that is not only effective, but also give good reasoning of why it works.

As someone who has a degree in Communication Studies, it's easy to see how effective the methods you learn in the training can be effective in controlling the conversation on the phone to make good use of both your time and the customer's time in getting to the point of interest and possibly closing a sale.

These people are awesome! If you truly listen and understand what they try to help you understand, you will definitely set more appointments!

CMS has a very comprehensive program for phone training. It will help every level of sales associate become more confident in speaking to customers on the phone and in person. Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.

I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!

This training is very detailed and moves at a great pace to learn quickly without it becoming overwhelming. I have scheduled more than double the appointments that I used to. Also, Jamie Tilton is an amazing trainer that will guide you to success and increase your appointment setting fast!

Absolutely love this phone training. It has really helped my phone skills in a lot of ways especially overcoming objections from a customer. I have used my trainer Belle, 3 times and she has been great. She explains everything very well start to finish.

Using this company as a training method for making sales calls has helped considerably. Some of the trainers give very honest feedback, but some almost seem like they’re afraid to offend when I call in, but it is reflected in the scores they give instead. Overall a very positive experience. I was skeptical at first but phone calls have become was easier since I started using the scripts.

She made sure I understood why it’s so critical to take the steps I need to take when on the phone with my clients and has helped me get more comfortable on the phone with the clients. Great training a must for all Sales Professionals!!! Makes phone calls feel a lot less stressful by taking control of the conversation. Have had the pleasure of training with Coral more than once and she is great!!! It was hard to break 16+ years of phone calls but this made it a lot easier!!!
