Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.
I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!

I've been using Customer Management Systems for months now and I love it. It's incredibly beneficial in a multitude of ways. When I'm talking to customers, I now feel so much more ready to handle any issue that arises. All of the phone trainers are very nice and Jamie is absolutely great. Starting out, I honestly thought I knew all there was to know about something as easy as answering the phone. After a couple sessions with Jamie, I realized I had A LOT to learn. With short sessions that really key in on specific points and with her AMAZING guidance, I don't dread learning new styles of appointment setting, gaining and keeping control of conversations and all around getting the correct information from every customer. She also asks if I have any questions or if I've ran into any specific situations that I didn't have an answer for. Although they're training you to use a script, the operators really know how to tailor the training to fit your business needs and give substantial feedback that is not only effective, but also give good reasoning of why it works.
As someone who has a degree in Communication Studies, it's easy to see how effective the methods you learn in the training can be effective in controlling the conversation on the phone to make good use of both your time and the customer's time in getting to the point of interest and possibly closing a sale.

All staff members I have worked with are very professional and work to ensure you are comfortable in maintaining control over the phone. The training may seem a little tedious as it is repetitive, but it really works! Developing a plan/approach on the phones is very important!

I was a bit apprehensive about phone training due to the fact that I've been in customer service/retail/management for my entire working life. However, I am new to my job and line of work but still prefer to be human and have natural interactions with customers. After a couple months of doing this training I noticed that my conversations with customers were going a lot more smooth. I found that it didn't matter if I didn't have every answer because I defaulted to the script provided. I even got to be myself and put my own heart into the calls. I am very happy with this training!

The training is a useful tool for anyone in a customer service role. The biggest thing you’ll learn and be able to apply is word choice. Being able to correctly navigate conversations and objections with correct word choice is a big asset. The team does an excellent job training!
