When my manager decided to go with them for training I was really worried and not looking forward to it, but I've really enjoyed every training exercise I've had. Excellent staff that provides a great way to improve auto sales. Although my training session has been geared towards auto sales, their method can be used with any kind of sales.

They give you a simple easy word tracks to use for handling objections and setting appointments. Trainers are great. They are friendly, give clear direct instructions and have great feedback.

As with all training systems people gather different bits of knowledge and wisdom from them. I started in car sales 6 months ago from the time this review was written. What this training has done for me (I am on week 13) is increase my confidence overall on the phone. It has helped my transitions from information gathering to appointment setting and objection handling better. The ladies are always kind and fun to work with. I have sat and laughed for 5 minutes during one of the calls and it has been a joy to work with CMS!

This review is from a trainee point of view. I have been in sales for 3 years and the training from customer management systems is a great tool I use every day, to improve my sales and over all phone skills. Keeps me focused on the true goal of every phone call. The weekly review meetings are a great way to help me to stay sharp and to hold my self accountable.

Trainers are awesome. Lauren is great. Been in the auto business 30 years and have done other programs but none as easy to actually implement into daily practice and see great results. Highly recommend!

I just finished a training session with Layney and she handles things very professional and serious but fun and learn all at the same time. I was a bit apprehensive about phone training due to the fact that I've been in customer service/retail/management for my entire working life. However, I am new to my job and line of work but still prefer to be human and have natural interactions with customers. After a couple months of doing this training I noticed that my conversations with customers were going a lot more smooth. I found that it didn't matter if I didn't have every answer because I defaulted to the script provided. I even got to be myself and put my own heart into the calls. I am very happy with this training!

At the beginning, I felt like I had known enough from previous phone training I had been given over the last few years of my career. Turns out I was wrong, and definitely have picked up some very useful knowledge after my 6th week doing this training. All of the staff is very fun to work with, especially Kara! She made the weekly training more fun, and even threw in some personal pointers of her own to help me even further. Keep an open mind, and give them a shot! It's worth it!

Customer Management Systems has really helped me own the phone when having conversations with customers, I feel more confidant and setting more firm appointments while gaining the trust of customers. Our new GM came with the idea of phone training and I honestly doubted that it would be of benefit at first. Then I actually started implementing the training on all phone ups until I got so good at it, I started getting a lot more people in over the phone which led to more sales.

I also thought that I could do the same not only in phone calls, but with Facebook Market Place texts and it also worked perfect!
