"I wanted to express to you how grateful I am for the telephone training which was provided to our dealership by your company. Before we started this training, I was very timid and inadequate dealing with incoming sales calls. The sixteen week training was structured in a way that made sense to me and I bought into the program from the start. I told myself and management that I was going to get better on the phone. Since completing the program my confidence on the phone has gone up tremendously.
